Regardless of whether this whistle is made of African blackwood, mopane, or rosewood, its tuning joint is made of brass. You will enjoy the brass fitting, as it combines elegant design with technical perfection. As a result, the typical cracking, tearing and shifting characteristic of cork and wound thread joints are a thing of the past.
On request I also use European woods.
Due to species protection regulations, all kinds of Rosewood, including African Blackwood, are difficult to obtain and require CITES documents. Please note the extra charge in the pricelist.
