Irish concert flute
The Blackwood Flute has a full sound with a strong core, which carries well and is rich in overtones. The Rosewood sounds slightliy softer. The Mopane Flute has a well rounded, full sound and a very immediate response. The finger holes are arranged in a line or ergonomically offset - please specify when ordering.
Due to species protection regulations, all kinds of Rosewood, including African Blackwood, are difficult to obtain and require CITES documents. Please note the extra charge in the price list.
This flute has brass rings and a tuning slide, silver- or gold plated on desire.
